Bad service
On 16 December 2022 at 17h45 I went to nandos Benmore Gardens.I then approached the counter for a purchase and nobody attended me even though there were employees. I noticed an employee cutting out chicken and tried getting attention but I was just looked at and the person carried on cutting chicken After a while she came to take the order and no apology received even though I had to wait. I was in the area for the first time because I'm staying in Durban. I had a bad experience.

20 Dec 2022, 16:42My matter was not resolved the person who called did not view any in-store footage so she could have a clear picture. When I asked about the footage she said the manager has access to such and I informed her to view then call so that we could be on the same page.
I'm not sure how long it takes to access and view footage.
