Bad Service

It was on the 2nd April 2016 at about 17:00 PM when I decided to dine at Nandos with my family . When we approached the cash point/till . There was a cashier by the name of Thulani waiting to assist us as we approached the till he turned and waved his hand and walked away . Anyway we were assisted by another lady and it was okay , as we know it was month end and it's usually busy at the malls it wasn't that full at Nandos . We were directed to our table and when awe approached our table it was so dirty there were bones and dirty serviettes laying across the table , no one came to clean it up we had to stand like a bunch of stupid people in front of everyone . I then went to the front desk and asked Thulani if he can please send someone to clean our table . His exact words was \ So what do I have to do , you have to wait fine and well I turned around and walked away . No one came to assist us , another waitress was busy clearing a table right next to us when my wife approached her and asked if she could clean ours as well , she gladly assisted and we were served . Even though the service was really bad and there was no respect whatsoever . Although I love Nandos , I'll think twice"
