Bad service

We placed an order at 19:51 PM and only to be told by the trainee at 20:11 that pap is finished and the very same trainee said that she will cook the pap. Seven minutes later the manager Siphokazi May came to our table and told us that they won't be able to make the pap because it's late. Our issue is that why we were not told when placing an order that pap is finished and we would have moved to another Nandos where there's pap available.
