Bad service

Bad service nando's weltevreden rooderport, I order food via drive true, I told the guy dat I forgot peritato he said I must drive wait the athersite he will bring it I must give him R27 I waited the good 20minuts until I dicide to get Insite when I get in site I order and ask him why he keep us waiting he acted like he doesn't know what m talking abt n say oh sorry, bad customer service, had to wait another 15minuts while they prepare my order his name is Xolani, light in completion, bad service
