Bad Service

I went to Nandos Brackenhurst on Wednesday during the day and I ordered 2 x Quarter chicken meals with special drinks.I had to wait for 10minutes to have someone attend to me. On arrival I requested to place an order and I was told to sit down they will attend to me. I even called someone to come help me and he said he was going to call the person to help me. After 10minutes of waiting to be attended, I asked the lady that can they please not put a lot of ice in the drinks, there she goes and put a lot of ice. We did not even enjoy our drinks because of ice. My order did not have spicy chips as I requested. I had to turn it back. Waited for my order for 12minutes. This is really becoming a habit at Brackenhurst Nandos
