bad service

ordered food online on the 26/9 at 12:11 and the food only arrived at 14:30..Called after 1pm and was told my food will be there in 2mins but it never came, tried calling so many times but the phone just rang. WAITING OVER TWO HOURS JUST TO GET FOOD.. WOW NANDOS THATS A NEW RECORD FOR SURE!!!
