Bad service
On the 2nd of April at 19:54 I bought a full chicken lemon&herb unique code ********** ********** 7 I was served by Martha and the reason I bought that was because my friend does not eat anything that is hot so I informed the cashier that I will use peri peri on the portions I was gonna eat only. After the order came I asked the cashier to give me a few sachets so that I can have peri peri on my portions when we get home since it was a take away. She said she could not give me any sachets since it was against Nandos policy to give any sachets to someone who only buys a full chicken. She further said that she can only give any sachet if I order a full chicken with chips. I then asked her to call the manager called Gugu.
The manager (Gugu) reiterated the statement of the cashier. She said if I don't add chips to the chicken then I must just forget about the sachet and that was Nando's policy. I left the shop with with more peri peri in my spirit than any of your chicken and that's not funny.
What is Nando's without flame grilled peri peri chicken? It's like Juju in a white beret. It just doesn't sound right Next thing you know we will be charged for parking just by sitting in the shop and waiting for our orders.
