Bad service

I am so disappointed at the service that we get from OR Tambo Nandos. From staff to management Everytime you get to Nandos the attidude is unbelievable. On the door it says that Nandos opens at 06:00 but when we got there at 06:30 the shop was not open and we were told that due to the specials there are going to open late. I never said I wanted a special meal all I wanted as a pregnant woman wanted a meal as I was hungry. I spoke to Meshack the manager who was not helpful at all and he kept on giving me excuses that they do not have an exact time of opening
