Bad Service
On several occasions. ..we had to buy chicken from Nandos Ruimsug ...am not sure if the procedure. .you have to complain first for them to dobthe order right...about 5 times we have had to return delivery of full pack meal.. Our chicken comes back without a wing..no skin..visibly back bone dry and burnt. .
Yesterday it was so painful as my son was hungry and we had to get our food by 20:30pm... They are so predictable...since we started ordering from them..we were only caught once with a bad order we hadn't checked. .so now we going to stop wasting our energy and stop buying from them...they surely dont need our business. ..what can we do..its frustrating. .but at the same time..its our money...we deserve better service.
