bad service
Good day Nandos
Thought i would give a review of the Nandos at Ruimsig. This would be my first time buying from them as i normally use the Nandos at Checkers Hyper corner 14th avenue. i called the to do a telephonic order for the current special (quarter chicken and chips) which i was told my the operator that i have to come in to order the special and i asked if there is still enough as i have to drive to come and order as per the special only 100 orders a day gets accepted. Which i then asked the operator if there is still a lot of order before the 100 order mark and she rep**** saying yes. from the time of my call i was at nandos within a 5 to 7 min time frame and i got to order my meal I was told that they just sold up the last special for the day. i my mind i could not believe that this could happen within a 5 minute time frame. customer service in todays world is the make or break of a company and i think staff should be trained on this matter.
