Bad Service
Today I ordered a full chicken at Nandos Benmore & when I got there my meat was cut into 8 pieces and when I tried to tell the person that gave me my order that I never requested for my meat to be cut into 8 pieces, the lady that had taken my order was called to the front & she shouted at me telling me that I never specified how in wanted my meat. I tried to explain that I was never asked how I wwwqant my meat, the manager (Daniel) also interjected and told me that it's my responsibility to tell them how I want my meat. I felt very embarrassed and could not believe how that manager & his staff member shouted at me for the food that they expect me to pay for. I did not appreciated that and do not think I could ever bring myself to go back to that Nandos or recommend it to anyone.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
