BAD SERVICE
We purchase food from Nandos gateway on a daily basis , and almost everyday the food is not up to standard and we always given items we did not order eg breast piece chicken ordered but we receive a thigh piece , rolls are stale, flavors always mixed up, sometimes chicken is burnt. I did try and call the store to speak to the manager on several occasions but i am placed on hold for over 30 mins so i end up dropping the call. I am posting on this website as my last resort. could you kindly assist.
