bad service

i went to nandos southgate today and order half a chicken hot with extra saurce around ten or past tem in the morning when i went to fetch it I then took two saurces the manager a lady was so rude saying put that source back we dont take saurce owerself she was standing with another lady by where the saurces were, as i was leaving i hear her telling the other lady that i just came in and took the saurce remember sauces at westgate are easly displayed to customers so in my mind was clients can take them but the way she spoke with me was not gud, only to find out that there was not one souce in my bag, what made things worse, i had a loadshedding from 14:pm till 20;00pm, I was able to warm the chicken i bought that time, only to find that i orderd hot half chicken with extra souce guess what i found in inside and out the chiken i was given written mild instead of hot, the chicken is sooo dry without even the extra sauce I asked for I am appalled by nandos service, where is customer firs or service firstly to the lady I ordered from, come the Manager/Lady who was Rud because of the source hence there was no source in the chicken lastly the wrong order I received appalling, I work for the company that service is our integral part of our work, when I'm treated the was nandos westgate did its wrong in every part, i felt disrespected
