Bad Service
<p>On the 18th of May 2017, at 1:01 i contacted Nandos La Lucia Branch and spoke to Zandile i placed my order of 1\4 chicken, chips and roll mild with extra sauce. i drove to the mall to pick up my order, when i got there it was exactly 13:26 and my order was not ready, they prepared it while i was there i had to wait for +- 8 minutes. the lady who was packing my order showed no sense of urgency, she was busy chatting with her colleagues and made my wait longer I then questioned JENNIFER how long is my order going to take still because i placed a phone call and she was the RUDEST in that store she gave me attitude, "DID THEY NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THE WAITING TIME WHEN PLACING THE PHONE ORDER, WELL THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TELL YOU THAT IT TAKES 15 MINUTES", i quote her response. No apologies at all, we do not need people like these two ladies from your store, I cannot tolerate BAD SERVICE. </p>
