BAD SERVICE

<p>I went to Nandos Canterbury Crossing in Randburg to collect my order and it was not ready. I called the store at 3:20 pm and received a confirmation sms of my order that it will be ready at 3:50 pm went to the store and the order was not prepared. I called the store because I did not want to wait.The guy who started preparing my order when I got to the store was busy dancing and did not care. When I asked why was my order still not ready they said they got the message late. The store was empty with no customer which means they had enough time to prepare my order but they didnt ,instead the staff was sitting on the tables giggling and eating. I asked for my refund after waiting for another 10 mins and it took the a decade to process it. Dear Nandos we love your food but if this is how you going to treat us then we would rather go to other stores.</p>
