Bad Service

<p>Me and my friend we went to eat at Nandos in Randburg Malibogwe drive. We bought our meal with the intention of sitting there the lady who served us out food was very friendly to us she really knows how to treat customers. We asked her if she can change both our rolls becouse they seem stail she gladly took dem to the kitchen n told us she will try her best to bring us better ones. She came back and told us they all the same apparently their suppliers bring them "rolls which are half done and they have to put them in the oven so that they can be weldone" so we asked if can get more fries dan instead of the roll. She said she will go speak to the manager from where we were sitting we could see them speaking, she explained to him the situation and told him about our request he just said NO and left her there. Note we ate our food just because we were hungry. To be honest Simba the manager just doesn't know customer service......I love my Nandos but he just spoilt everything for me.</p>
