Bad Service
The staff at Nandos Durban North is extremely unfriendly. It seems as if they know absolutely nothing about customer service. They do not greet you, they just look at you and expect you to give them your order. They are not urgent at all. You will wait for someone to assist you but they will ignore you completely. Your orders come through incorrect. I always go to nandos durban north as it is convenient for me, however I have never had a friendly face. I think the staff need to be trained on customer service as I don't want to feel like you are doing me a favour by assisting me!
