Bad Service
<p>I have always experienced great service with Nando's Kloof, Gardens, Cape Town but yesterday I had a bad service, at 20:42 I placed an order for a quarter chicken with pap and chicken livers, I repeated pap and chicken livers 3 times becoz I was was asked twice if I want chicken livers and a roll and I said NO both times coz I wanted pap, order came at 21:27 and there was only chicken livers and quarter chicken livers, no pap....</p> <p>Called Nando's again and the lady told me that they actually don't have pap and she apologizes, I mean how was I suppose to know that they don't have pap, why didn't they tell me when I was making the order that they don't have pap, I mean after discovering that they don't have pap they should have called me as they have my number on the system, such bad service. </p>
