BAD NANDOS SERVICE
My name is Nobuhle. I had the worst experience ever at the Nandos in Verulam. It was on the 11 nth of February 2018, we went there at 09:30am as we assumed it was open. We arrived at the door it was closed but mind you outside its written they open at 09:00am. I asked the lady politely what time are you going to open, a lady called Zama said she doesn't know. We went and came back at 10:20am and they still were closed. Now is this the kind of service that you guys give to loyal and regular customer. In February alone I have come here four times,I am very disappointed. They even closed the door and locked. Without explaining what their reasons are. The manager Chris didn't even apologise.
I would like an explanation and apology. And something done about this poor service.
