Bad Management Attitude & Hygiene Issue
Reference Number: 64488<br> <br> Good Evening Sir/Madam,<br> <br> Please note that i lodged a complaint on the Nandos website.<br> <br> I visited the Tramshed branch on Monday & Tuesday afternoon at lunchtime with colleagues.<br> <br> My colleagues and I were purchasing our food at the cashier & the Manager in question namely, Isaac approached us to say he would like to speak to us about something (he did not indicate it was related to the complaint). <br> <br> I was still busy ordering of which I then returned to the table where my colleagues were seated only to find the Manager namely, Isaac explaining to my colleagues that i had written a complaint and he had the printed complaint in front of him.<br> <br> He was seated next to one of my three colleagues explaining that he disagreed with the complaint & that i was dishonest. <br> <br> He then continued to argue the content of my complaint and further explained that he was not wrong based on the action he had taken.<br> <br> To date I have received telephonic feedback but no written feedback despite requesting this on three occasions. <br> <br> Very disappointing service as my order was incorrect & ****roachs were noted on the floor where we were seated - photos were taken.<br> <br> Very shocking service!!!
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
