Bad food Nandos

I went to east rand mall Nando's and purchased Mild Hot Pot with extra source. I stood in the drive way for a very long time only to be given a dry hard rice which seemed to have been s****ped off the pots. I am very much disappointed with nandos east rand and this is not the first time this has happened. first time the chicken was so raw I could not eat the burger, second time the chips were burned. This was the last time ever buying from that store. I called the call center and complained and the agent advised he will call the store manager to give me a call. I had to made an alternative to have supper last night. Unfortunately I could not drive back as I am pregnant and very tired. I am highly dissapointed with Nandos east rand mall.
