Bad food and service

I would like to express the disappointment and bad service experienced by Nando's in Eldorado Park , firstly I ordered food for delivery it was delivery at 18:36 tens mins later that promised my order was incomplete the chips and juice was left out , the meal itself gave me and my husband stomach cramps and running stomach thereafter , after phoning several time my chips was only delivered at 20:50 , this was unacceptable as we pay for a service and proper food, and will not be making use of this kind of service again.
