Bad Food

i bought food at the Nandos in Eldorado park more than once and I have always had good food and good service however the last time I bought food I must say that I was an extremely bad experience. the food was burnt and when I complained I was told that it was a mistake and would not happen again, totally not acceptable. this will be my last purchase
