bad experince

I ordered food at 11:41 at nandos waterfall , am disappointed to say the least as my order was cancelled with out even i being contacted as the driver decided that he will not deliver my order . and i spoke to the Nando's manager who did not have any solution for this issue , as a business we made an order for our guest and now we are rated negatively due to not supplying lunch . so how does one work around this .
