bad experience while hungry
went to Nandos jean crossing when i got there to order my favourate meal pap with hot chicken i was told they dont have hot source. i took the mild flavour paid and went to the collection window when i got to the collection window i was told there is no pap i asked for refund and i was directed back to join the drive thru line n waited again after waitng for so long the 1st time what a sad sunday evening i experienced
so to me this tells me that orders are not made to meet the demand why is pap finished at 19:45 when the store is open till late late i was ok with buying the meat without hos spice but to also not have pap too saddening bad service experience
