Bad Experience!

Just had a very bad experience. My wife didn't have cash on her so I ordered Nando's for her online via Mr D Foods. The food took longer than 1st indicated, Then the driver got lost & when my wife confirmed that the food came, the food was cold & no cooldrink was with the order as I paid R107 now for an incomplete order with food that is so cold, this no resulted that my wife doesn't want to eat the food! Truly upsetting as I never had issues with nandos before. Not a way to end of 2019 :(
