Bad delivery service between Uber eats and Nandos Centurion

I ordered a meal on this day of 08/09/2022 via Uber eats at 10:48am it is now 12:39 and my order has still not been delivered. There is no number to call to track my order since it has been closed on the system, Nandos orders line is not working, uber does not have a direct customer service line to followup on, so to track my order. This for me is by far the worst ever service i have ever received and is worth being shamed.
