Bad delivery service

Ordered online for delivery. Contacted Nando’s online and the store itself as it was due at 12:45. Eventually drove to the store and picked up my order. After arriving home, the delivery arrived 1 hour 18 minutes late and ice cold ! The store then sent a driver to pickup the late order and failed to refund me the delivery fee or the additional coat of the items when ordering online ! Absolute disgrace ! Not a single word from Nando’s after calling and sending emails. STAY AWAY !
