Bad Customer services

So the same manager i complained to at Nandos called me,he really needs to learn customer services. No apology just telling me how sick under cooked chicken can make someone, clearly he doesn't really care how serious this is. i requested to speak to a different manager. its a week later an i heard NOTHING <br> <br> below was my complaint which was posted 19:12 Sat 7 Feb<br> <br> <br> Completely annoyed. Phone ordered with Mr Delivery for Nandos which we waited an hour to be delivered, I had problems with Nandos before but this is by far the worse, my chicken was under cooked, an unfortunately my pregnant friend was the one who ate first. Despite the fact that's it was someone pregnant undercooked chicken is so unhealthy (salmonella). What upsets me more is that we ordered this at before 4 pm, complained pass 4 to only get a call at 6pm from Nandos, its now 7ish an still no food. I was very reasonable with the manager from Nandos but now Im completely disgusted by Nandos KC services. <br>
