Bad customer services

Went to buy 2full chickens 1lemon and herb and the other was hot, waited for more than 45minutes for my chickens then I finally got my order only confirmed from the lady who gave me the order that it 2chickens and a take away.later I then dished up only to find out that both my chickens were so bitter and burnt it was actually charcoal chickens couldn't bring them back cause I was not well that evening and was forced to eat burnt meet I was very very disappointed with the service I got from nandos Sunward park.
