Bad customer services
I was at Nandos with my family on the 14 November 2015. We were sitting right under the Air-con which was on 18 degrees. We asked one of the waitresses to turn into 22 degrees as it was too cold and it was not a hot day. She told us that she cannot switch it off or turn it down which we thought it was strange. They couldn't even offer us an alternative place to sit. The waitresses in general at this Nandos are rude with bad attitude. They all need to be educated on customer service
