Bad customer service with a wrong order

Two weeks ago I went to my local Nandos where I ordered 2 burger meals with wedges and a lemon twist. On collecting my order I got 2 cokes which I changed and thought none of the situation. To my disappointment when I arrived home we had 2 normal chips and 2 burgers with the smallest chicken breast I had ever seen. I think its disgusting that your \Promise\" has dropped and your food quality is ridiculously low. I complained on Facebook with a guarantee of the situation to be sorted out, two weeks later I have heard nothing! Great customer service!!!"
