bad customer service to me and my family.
Went to Nandos Maponya mall on the 28 Dec 2015 at 17:05, we were taken to the top floor outside, it was 5 of us and we were given 2 menus and promised to get 3 more. We waited with no one coming to assist nor taking orders. 17:20 i went to ask for someone to come and assist us and 1 waitress told me to go back she's coming. 17:35 we decided to leave because of the bad experience we encountered, I prefer Maponya mall Nandos to go back to buy and sit, it was a better concept. On our way out we bumped to the manager and she acted blonde. I think she forgot that she's running a 2 floor restaurant. Please assist with this matter because my family outing turned to a disgrace full of disappointment.
