Bad Customer service- Order ***0

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the bad service that I received today. I placed an order today via Order in App. The food arrived an hour later. On top of that, when the food arrived, the paper was torn. The chips were falling off. The driver was even embarrassed. I took pictures of the driver holding the food as proof. On top of that, the chicken was very hard. I am soooo disappointed and so much angery that I spent so much money and I did not get the value for my money and the service that I deserve.
