BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have issues with Nando's about a month ago, i bought a meal at Canterbury crossing in Randburg, i complained to the manager and the manager told me he will do better next time so i took it further and i was told on Twitter that my case will be taken further, i decided to let it go and ordered the next 1 and i still got the same results i did the same procedure complaining to the manager and then to tweeter and i still got the same results. this store/shop lacks customer service.
