Bad customer service and terrible quality of food

I purchased a portion of 4 wings from Nando's Scottburgh on 29/12. Two of the wings were even smaller than my little finger - crazy portion size. I wrote to Nando's via the website on the same evening and 3 weeks later, not heard from them as yet whether this is there new offering. I have a pic to prove my point.
