Bad customer service and tasteless food

I went to buy food at Nandos Bryanston on the 12th Nov while it was raining and the food had no flavours nor taste.I reported this and was given a ref no CAS-472208 and to this day my complaint is still pending,and they couldn't care less about loosing a customer because they have way too many I guess.I demand to get the food I bought tasting as they should or kindly refund me as I ended up throwing the food away
