Bad customer service.
I needed to buy quarter chicken and chips that's on promo. I then asked Mbali the cashier that I need the side breast she told me I don't have an option to choose. As if she was the one buying that meal for me. I called the head office to complain. Mabali called instead of apologizing she hung up the phone on ma ear that was the rudest manners ever.
