bad customer service

Good day I ordered lunch at Nandos Value Mart today at 12-45 and collected after 1pm when I got back from collecting the order I realized I forgot the drinks ans it was orders for some people in the office , I then called the shop and requested that they send a driver I will pay for delivery, somehow they said they called me couldn't get hold of me and I don't have missed calls from any of them, its the manager tells me she cant do anything because its not her fault that the driver got lost and I must come fetch the drinks myself and they not all mine, Im knocking off t 3-30 and I still dont have my drinks as its 3-21 now.
