Bad Customer Service

<p>Last night around 7:30pm, I called Nando's Eldorado Park to place an order, they advised that the order was placed and it would take 45 minutes to be delivered. At around 8:30pm the order had not come yet. I then called back and told the gentlemen I spoke to that I have not received my order and it is almost over an hour now, he confirmed that all the orders were out already. I then asked him to provide me with the drivers number because maybe the driver got lost, he then said, if the driver got lost he will call me as I did provide my number (which I confirmed twice with the lady I placed the order with). At 8:45pm the delivery guy was still not there, I then called Nando's again and the voice prompt told me that they were closed, which was funny because before I placed the order I checked what times Nando's closed on their website, and it stated they closed at 9pm on a Tuesday. I am not sure why they closed 15 minutes before the time, all I know is that my order was never delivered and we had to eat bread and cheese for supper at 9pm the evening. My husband gave up hope after 9pm and went to lock our gate. Why would they confirm your order and yet not send it out? The reason I ordered food was because I was too tired to cook and wait for the food to be ready, then when I ordered food it never came. I dont feel that I can trust Nando's to order food from them anymore. I am really displeased with the non-service I received. I've always loved Nando's and never had any issues with them. But now i'm not sure that I will ever order for delivery from them, they broke so many promises, the promise to stay open until 9pm and the promise to deliver my food. </p>
