Bad customer experience.
I placed an order with Nandos call Center @9:17, I was told that my order will be ready at 9:40. I arrive at the store at 9:50 and my order is not ready. Yet the staff is sitting in a table chatting away. Upon my arrival, that’s only when they started preparing my order. I ordered over the phone to avoid staying in store and avoid covid but I still waited for a good 15 minutes. I could have saved my airtime and just came into store.
