Bad Customer Care

Don't use their delivery services. Took 2 hours for my order to arrive, when it arrived the burgers and pitas were soggy af and food in poor condition. Complained to H/O, received feedback from the Manager at Westwood Mall. Feedback received: They are very sorry, will speak to the driver and the proceeded to blame their Call Centre for the delay in receiving my order.

Followed up with H/O as I was not happy with this feedback and two weeks still with no response.
