Bad bad service

I ordered online for the first time almost 3 months ago I had an issue with website I sent query I was promised to contacted no one did I went to the restaurant at mutual mall Durban to explain what happened I think she was manager cause she had different shirt her names was Pretty she was rude and didn't assist me, I sent an email to the customer service department no one rep**** I have sent numerous messages on Facebook and Instagram and nothing has been done It okay that your abuse us as customers
