Bad bad service and time wasters

Today Saturday the 11th June I placed an order via a phone call for collection,the order was supposed to be ready at 14:30 for order number 8806, when I went there to collect I was told sorry we missed your order we are making a new order for you,I only got my new order at 15:00 with a lousy sorry There is no respect for a customer's time,very bad service.
