Bad bad service
Firstly I could not get through to place my order. It took me at least 20 minutes. When I eventually got through (because none of the other branches in my area were willing to take my order) I placed my order and was given order number 100. I was told to come and pick up my order in 10 minutes. I left my home 15 minutes after I placed my order. When I got to the shop it was complete chaos. Order number of 110 and above were being distributed but yet my order was not ready. Other paying customers with order numbers between 100 and 109 were still waiting there for there orders. Your customers were not happy. I asked to speak to the manager and he could not give me an answer as to why my order was not ready. All he could do was to smile at all the waiting customers not placating the situation at all. <br> <br> We are very disappointed with the service at this branch, has been for a long time! Enough is enough! We will never support Nando's again. And we will make sure to tell all our friends and family not to support Nando's. The quality of the food at this branch is way below the standard of other branches. Very very disappointed! Use this feedback or don't. Word of mouth!
