Bad bad extremely horrible customer service

Yoh i cannot believe i have to be writing over and over again about the same thing,why do you have the extra saice option on your menu when clearly its a problem to serve it to customers?Can i be charged more if i need to if i wanted such dry chicken o would cook it at home.to top up this bad experience o paid for delivery only to get food that is so dry that i couldn't even eat.i spoke to Stanley the other day who assured me that this will be fixed.Mind you i always call give them the order number to double check that they got it right!!wht a waste of my time and money im not sure if its incompetency or just a problem that Nandos ruimsig has
