Bad Attitude with no service provide or knowledge
Sunday,12th July been to Trade route mall Nando's place an order at 16:45 .Lady at teller swipe my card and told it will take 15 to 20 minutes to have my order ready they are busy. I did my shopping came back to Nando at 17:00 asking the Manager to check if my order is ready he tell me \wait not yet ready"very rudely . I stood there at Nando waited going 17:15 I ask me again please check over 30 minutes tell me same thing again \""wait not yet ready\"" Now I am getting impatient cause I need to rush home break my fast again I ask him at 17:25 and I told now it's over 45 minutes and is dame ridiculous give my money back he gone and check for the order and there was no order put thought. My card was swipe money went out of my account got a slip but order was placed. Is Nando running a **** where customer use the cards to pay and make them anger leave the order behind after some time manager refund cause there was no order place that too so rude no customer care no apologies and my food order was not taken. Make me wait over 45 minutes knowing that Muslims have to go break their fast he being nasty them. I am just so disguised with Nando trade rout mall and I used to support them."""
