BAD ATTITUDE/ NO DELIVERY FROM MANAGER AT STORE

I place a order 2x weekly every week with Nandos Glen Marais. They all know me there as i order every week, I call in specifically so I don't need to wait in a que and want to just collect. Every time i call and the manager Sphamandla answers, i have a problem. He never places the order, everytime i get there if i have spoken to him , the order is not placed. He was sitting in the office today , and i asked that they call him so he can tell me why he never placed my order and he refused to come out to speak to me. This is a manger !!! His attitude is always bad. I want feedback and this order refunded as your complaints line , the person i spoke to there Neo , has also not come back to me as requested. This is pathetic service from Nandos , and the attitude of managers and their service just as bad!
