Bad Attitude From The Manager
So I went to Nandos Ottery on Tuesday evening with my family but what terrible service I received. I go to Nandos at least twice a week and the service I receive from Nandos in Maitland is remarkable!!! However it is sad to see that there Ottery branch ***ned by the same person) is the complete opposite. This is not the first time I had an issue here but it will definitely be the last as I will not support them again. The last time I was there they served me raw chicken. On Tuesday I ordered 2X lemon and herb flavoured cheese burgers for my wife and daughter but after 20 mins when the order arrived we got 2X mild burgers. When I told this to the Manager Roshaan she just stood there and looked at me as if I was talking another language. No apology nothing she just turned around and walked to the computer to check the order. Then sent the lady who serves the food to my table to ask me what I want to do. I asked the lady who served us to get me the number of the owner from Roshaan but she just went to hide in the back till we left. Absolutely no management skills what so ever. I really think that the owner needs consider looking at getting a new manager.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
