Bad attitude

I was disgusted by the behaviour of the manager( Cynthia) at the Nandos Northmead. She clearly demonstrated a lack of customer service as I requested to have a word with her, she literally ignored me.

You can even judge by the body language of most of the staff members at eatery that she’s the boss. I always say team spirit is key coupled with good leadership but she is clearly a wrong choice here.
